I represent clients who want a very high degree of personal focus on meeting their specific real estate objectives. I am not a volume oriented REALTOR®… I specialize in client satisfaction (delivering results - i.e. my client’s time frames and on my client’s budget) vs. specializing in property types, locations, or price ranges.

I primarily function as a Single Agent representing either the buyer or seller where my services fiercely advocate for my Principle’s interests. I will serve as a Transaction Agent by specific request & under very clear and mutually understood circumstances.

I first became a Florida resident in 1962. I majored in Architecture at the University of Texas for three years, then transferred to the University of Miami and graduated with a BA in Government / Political Science. I served six years in the US Army Reserves. I am a Florida licensed Insurance agent with Sarasota Health & Financial Services, Inc. My lifetime business background as a rep, executive, & business owner (construction, home furnishings, retail, advertising & marketing, and Insurance) provided me with a solid foundation for becoming a REALTOR® and serving the Real Estate needs of my clients.

I have three grown children and eight grandchildren (ages 2 to 18). In addition to Miami & Sarasota (FL), I have also lived in Waxahachie (TX), Lancaster (PA), Huntsville (AL), Dubuque (IA), & Noblesville (IN). Hobbies include Chess, Gin Rummy, Golf, Boating, Fishing, and Motorcycling.
